Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until fully incorporated.
Fold in the blue sprinkles with a spatula.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
