Loaded with all the classic burger flavors but served in a fresh and wholesome way, these loaded burger bowls are a perfect low-carb, customizable meal. They’re easy to make, packed with protein, and full of vibrant ingredients. A family favorite that everyone can personalize to their taste!


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup sliced pickles

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp yellow mustard


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl. Adjust proportions to taste if desired.
  3. Assemble the bowls by dividing the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, pickles, and avocado evenly among four serving bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with the cooked ground beef.
  5. Drizzle the prepared dressing over each bowl.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
