Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl. Adjust proportions to taste if desired.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, pickles, and avocado evenly among four serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cooked ground beef.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over each bowl.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
