Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 4 pieces
Uncooked white rice – 1 cup

Dry onion soup mix – 1 envelope
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and water (or broth) until well combined.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top for a burst of flavor.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
